At ITGix, we believe in investing in young talent and providing aspiring IT professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world DevOps environment. Our company culture revolves around continuous learning, and collaboration, making it the perfect place for students and young professionals to kickstart their careers.

Welcoming Erasmus+ Interns from Spain

We are excited to host two Erasmus+ interns from Spain, Sergio Xabier, and Saray Salazar, as part of our Cross Tech team for a three-month traineeship. Under the mentorship of our experienced team, they are actively engaging in real-world DevOps projects, gaining hands-on experience in containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.

Saray’s journey begins with Docker and general containerization training, which will progress into Kubernetes deployments both on-premises and in the cloud. As part of her final project, she will build and secure a SYSLOG server that ITGix will use for internal security monitoring.

Sergio is currently focused on training, and gaining knowledge in Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes to prepare for his future tasks. As he progresses, he will take on observability responsibilities and contribute to enhancing the company’s monitoring capabilities

This immersive experience allows both interns to work with cutting-edge DevOps tools while developing essential skills for modern IT infrastructure. We are excited to support their learning and professional growth!

Previous Success with TUES Interns: Nurturing Tech Talents

Our commitment to nurturing young tech enthusiasts extends beyond Erasmus+. We have previously hosted interns from TUES (Technological School Electronic Systems), where we successfully guided students through hands-on DevOps and cloud projects.

Throughout the internship, TUES students had the chance to work with industry-leading tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and AWS, while also learning fundamental DevOps methodologies and best practices. From scripting in Python and Bash to implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing containerized applications, the program provided them with a well-rounded understanding of modern IT infrastructure. More importantly, they collaborated with ITGix mentors, gaining valuable insights and real-world perspectives that helped them connect their knowledge to practical use cases.

We are incredibly proud of the dedication, enthusiasm, and progress demonstrated by the TUES students during their time with us. Seeing them take on challenges, innovate, and grow both personally and professionally has been truly inspiring.
