ITGix operates in the field of IT infrastructure providing quality DevOps services for 6 years now. Experienced consultants work together to deliver stability and efficiency so that our customers can focus on their main business.

You will work closely with the company Management in constantly improving the team spirit and keeping the company’s vibe strong and elevated. This will be a dynamic role that will help you increase your social skills and will expose you to different tasks such as:

• Create a strategic onboarding process for the new employees that boost their performance and follow up every stage of the process
• Work closely with the company’s management in order to suggest and implement innovative HR solutions for leadership and development programs, training, comp&ben, policies and regulations
• Build a better HR team through effective management
• Takes a part in recruitment strategies
• Support employer branding
• Organize team buildings and other social and tech activities for the company

      We expect from you:

• Previous experience of 3+ years in an IT company
• Proactive person with good organizational and planning skills
• Goal-driven type of person who is focused on the results
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Outstanding organizer with the ability to multitask
