HR Generalist (recruitment and wellbeing focus)

You will work closely with the company Management in constantly improving the team spirit and keeping the company’s vibe strong and elevated. This will be a dynamic role that will help you increase your social skills and will expose you to different tasks such as:

  • Taking care of the wellbeing of our great team of 40 colleagues – this may include anything form planning social gatherings, ordering office perks, organizing teambuilding events or proposing new engagement and retention processes;
  • Assume a leading role in candidates sourcing and screening by exploring various channels for attracting new talent, participating in job fairs and events, establishing university partnerships, etc.
  • Create positive and safe work environment, making sure all needed perks and processes are in place;
  • Take part in website and social media content creation with regards to employer branding and wellbeing promotion
  • Help boost internal communication, organize and schedule internal staff meetings and engagement events
  • Perform various HR administrative tasks (conduct on-boarding session with new starters, support HSE activities, prepare paperwork, maintain registers and logs, distribute social benefits)
  • Assist with day-to-day office activities – communication with vendors, suppliers of services
  • Take part in the monthly workload analysis, projects time tracking and reporting
  • As needed, may organize business travels (transportation and accommodation)
  • Welcome and provide general support to visitors and employees

We expect from you:

  • To be a team player and a strong communicator, processing excellent people skills
  • To rejoice on working with people and supporting teams growth
  • To preferably have 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • To posses excellent communication skills in both Bulgarian and English, be able to build a clear idea and deliver a convincing message either verbally or in writing
  • To be self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizer with ability to multitask
