Job description:
● Assist in the management and maintenance of infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability
● Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications and systems
● Develop automation scripts using scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python) to improve efficiency and streamline processes
● Implement Infrastructure as Code methodologies to build, manage, and maintain cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure
● Deploy and manage applications using containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
● Continuously monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and implement proactive measures for high availability and stability
● Support the delivery of SLAs by collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
● Contribute to the documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure transparency and consistency
● Stay updated with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in DevOps, cloud computing, and automation
The main requirements for Junior DevOps role are:
● At least 1 year in SRE/DevOps role
● Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems and comfortable working with command-line interfaces
● Comfortable using at least one scripting language
● Familiarity with:
○ Cloud Platforms
○ Containerization
○ CI/CD tools
○ IaC tools
○ Configuration management
○ Observability tools
● To freely communicate in English – both written and spoken
● Any practical knowledge with DevOps tools is a plus
