IT Systems Administrator
(Internal Infrastructure)

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator (Internal Infrastructure) to join our team and support the company’s internal IT infrastructure. This role is primarily office-based and focuses on maintaining our on-premise environment, supporting employee workstations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations.

You will work closely with our DevOps teams while helping maintain a reliable and secure internal environment for the entire organization.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support the company’s internal infrastructure and office IT environment
  • Administer and maintain Linux-based systems and on-premise servers
  • Provide technical support for employee laptops, hardware, and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to internal systems
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes (device preparation, access provisioning, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and network-related issues
  • Assist with network configuration and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Write and maintain basic shell scripts for automation and operational tasks
  • Monitor internal systems and ensure their availability and reliability
  • Document internal IT procedures and system configurations
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers when needed on infrastructure-related tasks

Requirements

  • Basic experience or strong knowledge of Linux system administration
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, etc.)
  • Experience or familiarity with shell scripting
  • Practical knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a structured way
  • Familiarity with Git and common development tools is a plus
  • Good communication skills and ability to support colleagues with varying technical backgrounds
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Kubernetes
  • Basic experience with AWS
  • Basic familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
